Authorising manager changes

Authorising manager changes can only be made by a system administrator and as such if your authorising/line manager is incorrect and you need to get this updated, only your HR / payroll department can action requests of this nature.

You can reach your HR team on 0800 030 4127 option 5 will put you straight through to your HR department.

As we are an external company Point Progress do not have the authorisation to change any data on your user profile.
